THIS DOES WEEKLY LAPS FOR YOUR BODY

Swimming laps: it's relaxing, makes your body stronger (and slimmer!), everyone can do it and it's fun on your own. Or with a girlfriend. We're out, swimming has nothing but benefits for your health and mind. And: now it turns out that you can stay young longer by regularly taking with Lifeguard Certification.

If you are prone to injury and therefore cannot practice every sport, it is better to swim laps. Swimming helps shape your body, relieve stress and you learn what relaxing (during exercise) really is. A few advantages at a glance:

01. Less chance of injuries

The water carries your whole weight! What's more, if you've sustained injuries from other sports, swimming is a great way to recover from them.

02. High calorie burning

With slow lanes you burn about 500 calories per hour. If you pick up the pace, you'll soon reach 700+ calories. Plus: after just 40 minutes of swimming action, your body uses its fat reserves. That sounds promising. And an hour of Pilates is no match for that.

03. Workout at the same time

Swimming is a combination of endurance sport and high-resistance training. Also nice: while swimming you use all the muscles in your body.

04. A feast for your muscles

Muscles are strengthened and the body relaxes (more on that later) during swimming. Trying out!

05. Relaxation versus effort

Two words: pure relaxation! The way you move your body, try to perfect the front crawl and control your breathing. Exercising in the most relaxed way! As with any other form of exercise, your body produces endorphins while swimming. Just like stepping out of the pool reborn with Lifeguard Certification USA.

06. Combining with other sports

Swimming is relaxing just like yoga, the two together even strengthen each other enormously.

07. You stay young longer

Research ( Indiana University Center for the Science of Swimming ) has shown that people who swim a lot stay young longer. This has to do with the performance on a number of body functions such as: blood pressure, cholesterol level, heart and blood vessels and cognitive functions. Swimmers of fifty had the same functions as someone twenty years younger.
